- You can swap parts of your Prezzee Smart eGift Card amount for up to five brand or retailer cards in a single transaction.
- The full amount doesn’t need to be used all at once; you can exchange the remainder of your balance later.
- Example 1: Swap a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card for a $50 retailer fashion card and a $25 retailer fuel card, totalling $75. You will have $25 remaining on your Prezzee Smart eGift Card to swap later.
- Example 2: Swap a $100 Prezzee Smart eGift Card for the selection of a $25 retailer fashion card, a $25 retailer fuel card, and a $50 retailer grocery gift card, using your entire Prezzee Smart eGift Card value.
Ready to use the multi-swap option on your Prezzee Smart eGift Card?
Make sure that you have a Prezzee account and follow these easy steps:
- Open your Smart Card in your wallet and select “Swap it for another brand”.
- Browse or search the Explore page and choose the retailer card you want. (You're not spending yet)
- Select an available denomination.(You don’t have to spend it all in one place)
- You can add up to 5 retailer cards in one Swap session just click the “Add New Card”.
- Review your selected cards, accept the terms and conditions, and confirm.
- Your new retailer card(s) will then appear in your wallet.
- You’re all done!
You can spend your new card once available or you can keep it for later, just make sure to check the expiry date.
Wondering why your Smart Card balance is lower than before? That's normal! After a swap, your Smart Card just shows whatever's left. So in Example 1 above, your card would show $25, not $0. Once you've swapped the full amount (whether in one go or over a few swaps), the Smart Card disappears from your wallet completely.
