Whether you want to swap the entire balance at once or spread it across multiple brands, the Prezzee Smart eGift Card has you covered.
- You can swap the total Prezzee Smart eGift Card amount for a brand or retailer card of equal value (full swap)
- You can swap parts of your Prezzee Smart eGift Card amount for up to five brand or retailer cards in a single transaction (multi swap)
- After you select your Prezzee Smart eGift Card to swap, you will presented the brands and retailers you are able to select from

You may see one of these messages:
“We couldn’t complete your swap” – The swap couldn’t be completed successfully.
“Card temporarily unavailable” – The selected retailer card is currently unavailable.
Balance is not deducted so you can still swap it again. From the error screen, you can:
Choose another card – Select Back to Explore to browse and choose a different retailer card.
Return to your wallet – Select Go to Wallet to return to your Smart Card wallet.
