Make sure that you have a Prezzee account and follow these easy steps:
- Open your Smart Card in your wallet and select “Swap it for another brand”.
- Browse or search the Explore page and choose the retailer card you want.
- Select an available denomination.
- Review your selected cards, accept the terms and conditions, and confirm.
- Your new retailer card(s) will then appear in your wallet.
- You’re all done!
If you’ve decided to go with the full swap option, you’ll notice that your Prezzee Smart eGift Card disappears from your wallet. But no need to worry! That just means it’s been swapped out for your new Gift Card.
