Help receiving One-Time Passcode (OTP)

Have more questions? Submit a request

A One-Time Password (OTP) is a unique code that is sent to your phone number whenever you log in to your Prezzee Wallet. It is a quick and secure way to keep your Prezzee Wallet safe. Every time you log in, you’ll receive a unique code sent straight to your smartphone.

Did not receive your OTP?
If you’re not receiving your OTP, don’t worry—try these troubleshooting steps to get things back on track:

  1. Check for software updates: Make sure your smartphone has the latest updates installed, and that no apps are filtering or blocking incoming SMS messages.
  2. Restart your smartphone: A quick restart can help your device reconnect to the network.
  3. Re-test message delivery: Try logging in again to see if the message comes through.
  4. Swap devices (if possible): If you have another smartphone available, try using the same SIM card in that device, or test a different SIM in your smartphone.
  5. Get in touch with your carrier: If you’re still having trouble, reach out to your mobile carrier. They can help make sure that no filters or blocks are stopping messages, that your account can receive texts, and that your smartphone is properly connected to their network.
