Ready to resend your gift card? Just follow these easy steps:
Please note:
- Gift cards will be sent to the same email address entered upon purchasing the gift cards unless it's a failed delivery.
- When a gift card is already added to a Prezzee wallet it cannot be resent.
Orders from your Prezzee Account:
- Log in to your Prezzee Wallet.
- Select 'My Account' then 'My Orders', look for the gift card you want to resend and select on 'View Order'.
- Select 'Resend gift card'.
For Orders on the Gift Tracker:
- Enter your Order Number (Prezzee, Afterpay or Clearpay).
- Select 'Resend gift card'.
