How to locate your Order Number
1. Check your email: After a successful purchase, look for an email confirmation. This email will include your Order Number.
2. Accessing your account: If you purchased while logged into your Prezzee account, you can find your Order Number in the "My Orders" section. If you used Afterpay or Clearpay, check the 'Orders' tab under 'My Afterpay' or 'My Clearpay' to locate your Order Number.
3. Order number formats:
- Prezzee Order Numbers: Alphanumeric (a mix of letters and numbers)
- Afterpay/Clearpay Order Numbers: Numeric
