Customise your gift cards by sending them from specific departments like Prezzee Customer Care, Prezzee Human Resources, or Prezzee Finance using the Sender Profile feature.
The Sender Profile feature allows departments to personalize their sender information for gift cards.
Here’s how to set it up:
- Select ‘Sender Profile’ in the banner at the top of the dashboard
- Select ‘Create new’
- Enter in name for new Sender Profile + image and select ‘Create’
