What are the payment methods available?
- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & UnionPay)
- Bank Transfer
- Prepaid balance (Account Top-up)
Transaction and Delivery Fees:
- Credit card payments incur a merchant fee.
- Email Delivery: Free
- SMS Delivery: $0.50 per text (optional)
Instant Card Delivery:
Cards can be issued immediately if you pay via credit card or have funds in your Pre-Paid Float.
Depositing Funds into Your Account:
On the Prezzee Business homepage, select ‘Deposit Funds’, choose an amount, add an optional reference, and select ‘Deposit Funds’.
Scheduling a Delivery:
At checkout, you can choose Deliver Instantly (credit card or top-up payments) or schedule for a later date. Allow 2-3 business days for bank transfers to clear before sending cards.
Additional Payment Options:
- Only one payment type can be used per transaction.
- Pre-Paid Float requires a bank transfer; an invoice will be generated for your accounts team.
- For Post-Paid Accounts, speak with your account manager.
Billing Details:
- Adding Reference Numbers: Add a reference phrase or PO number at checkout or when topping up your pre-paid float.
- Invoices: Invoices are sent automatically to the order placer, and additional billing contacts can be set under ‘Organisation Settings’..
Fees & Charges:
- Account Setup: Free
- Ongoing Fees: Only a 3% surcharge for credit card payments, avoidable by using a bank transfer or topping up with a pre-paid credit.
- SMS Delivery Fee: $0.50 per message (optional)
Saving Credit Card Details:
Prezzee does not save credit card details, however, you can deposit funds to streamline the payment process.
