How to create your own Branded Card

Looking to make your gift cards uniquely yours? Creating a branded card with your logo and design is easy and adds a professional touch!

 

1. Get Started

      • Log into your Prezzee Business account and select Branded Cards from the top menu.
      • Choose Create a Branded Card if it’s your first time, or select Get Started if you’re familiar with the process.HowToCreateYourOwnBrandedCard-1.png

2. Add a Display Name

      • Enter the name you’d like to appear on the card. Double-check to ensure accuracy.
      • Once saved, the display name cannot be changed. For further adjustments, please contact us.HowToCreateYourOwnBrandedCard-2-Name.png

3. Add an Image to Your Branded Card

      • Upload an image in JPG or PNG format (minimum dimensions: 452 x 242 pixels).
      • Use the cropper tool to adjust the image, zooming in or out as needed. For changes, contact support if required.HowToCreateYourOwnBrandedCard-3-AddImage.png

4. Finalise Your Branded Card

      • Select Create My Branded Card to complete the setup. This will add your Branded Card to the platform.HowToCreateYourOwnBrandedCard-7-CompletingCard.png

5. Review Your New Branded Card

      • After creation, view your Branded Card under Your Branded Cards.
      • For bulk orders, use the Card ID listed with each Branded Card.HowToCreateYourOwnBrandedCard-8-SuccessCard.png

6. Using Branded Cards in Orders

    • When starting an order, your Branded Cards will appear as options for gift selection.HowToCreateYourOwnBrandedCard-10-PurchaseFlow.png

Top Tips on Branded Cards 

  • If access issues arise, contact your Account Manager.
  • Ensure the display name and image are set before creating.
  • Image uploads with black backgrounds indicate transparency; upload opaque images for accurate display.
