How do I create a Bulk Order With Excel Document?

Want to send multiple gift cards without the hassle? Let’s walk through it step by step! With Prezzee, you can quickly create a bulk order with a simple Excel document.

Starting a Bulk Order with Prezzee Business

To start a bulk order with Prezzee Business, follow these steps:

1. Go to your account dashboard and select ‘Start Order’.
2. Select ‘Create, personalise, schedule and send cards with Prezzee’. This option allows us to deliver cards to recipients via email (or optional SMS) based on your delivery details and schedule preferences.
3. Select ‘Bulk Add’ to add your recipient details in one go.
4. In the popup window, decide between two options:
   
   • Send an identical order: Use this if you want the same card and value sent to everyone. Just fill out a simple spreadsheet with each recipient's name and email address (mobile number is optional).
     OR
   • Send a varied order: This option lets you send different cards and values, and even add some personalisation for your recipients.

Choosing Bulk Add Options for Orders

Prezzee’s Bulk Add feature makes it easy to send multiple gift cards. Here’s how:

1. Begin by selecting the ‘Bulk Add’ option to input your recipient details in one go.
2. Choose Your Order Type:
   
   • Send an Identical Order: Send the same card and value to all recipients.
     OR
   • Send a Varied Order: Send different cards, values, and personalized messages.
3. Download the provided CSV template and fill in the required details for your recipients.
4. Once your template is filled, upload it back to our system to proceed with your order.
   
   Note: Be sure to complete all fields accurately to avoid errors. If there are errors, they’ll be highlighted in red, and you can update them directly in the interface or by re-uploading the template.

Filling Out the CSV Template for Bulk Orders

1. Download the CSV Template:
2. After selecting your bulk order option, download the provided CSV template.
3. Enter Recipient Details:
   
   • For identical orders: Fill in your recipients’ names and email addresses. Mobile numbers are optional.
     OR
   • For varied orders: include different card values and any personalization details.
4. Save the Completed Template: Double-check everything is filled correctly, save, and upload your template back to Prezzee.

Error Handling: Errors will show up in red. Hover over these fields to see the issue and correct them directly or by re-uploading.

Selecting Cards for Multiple Recipients

To select the card for multiple recipients, follow these steps:

1. Select Recipients: Tick the box next to each recipient's name to select them.
2. Choose a Card: Select on the ‘Select a card’ button in the table.
3. Select Card and Value: Under the ‘Choose a card’ tab, select the card and the value you wish to purchase for the selected recipients.

Note: Confirm all recipient details are correct before selecting cards to avoid any issues.

Customising Email for Multiple Recipients

1. Select Recipients: Tick the box next to the names of the recipients you wish to customize the email for.
2. Access Email Customization: Select the ‘Email’ field for the selected recipients.

3. Under the ‘Customize email’ tab, you can edit the email subject line and body. Adjust it to fit your company’s guidelines and add any personal messages you wish to include.

Note: Emails are the default method for sending cards to your recipients, but you can opt for SMS (additional charges apply) if you have recipients' mobile numbers.

Finalising and Reviewing Bulk Orders

1. Select Your Delivery Time: Choose the preferred delivery time for your gift cards. This allows you to schedule when the recipients will receive their cards.
2. Review Your Order: Carefully review all the details of your order. Check the recipient information, card selections, and email customizations to make sure everything is correct.
3. Payment: Proceed to the payment section to complete your order. Ensure that all payment details are accurate before confirming the transaction.

Important: SMS delivery is optional and may incur extra charges. Customize the email subject line to align with your company’s guidelines for a professional touch.
